Restoring a Time Machine Backup

Power on holding down Command+R to boot into recovery mode

Launch Disk Utility and erase the disk, using default name and format choices (probably optional)

Quit Disk Utility and choose Restore from Time Machine Backup

Click next, then "Other Server"

afp://kimb(or whomever the user is)@192.168.70.37/Time%20Machine

Authenticate with the server credentials (managed on the NAS)

Choose the most recent backup, and restore on to the main HD
